Nature of the products. All products are supplied as materials for laboratory and scientific research only. They are not medicinal products, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food, and have not been evaluated or approved by any medicines regulator. No product is offered for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition.

Eligibility. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 21 years of age, are purchasing in a professional or research capacity, and have the training and facilities to handle research materials safely.

Intended use. You agree you will not introduce any product into a human or animal body, and will not resell or supply any product for such use.

Order review. Orbex Labs may review orders before fulfilment and may request additional information regarding the purchaser, organisation or intended research use. Orders may be declined or cancelled where the stated or apparent intended use is inconsistent with legitimate research-use-only purposes, or where fulfilment presents a legal, regulatory or compliance concern. Declined orders are refunded in full.

Your responsibility for compliance. Import, possession and use of research materials is regulated differently in each country. You are solely responsible for confirming your order is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing it. Where a shipment is seized, detained or refused entry by customs, no refund is given.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We accept no liability arising from any use of the products in or on a human or animal body, such use being expressly prohibited by these terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Czech law. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Dispatch. Orders are prepared following approval and dispatched with tracking. A tracking number is emailed when the order ships.

Destinations and rates.

• United Kingdom — 2 to 3 days, tracked. From £7.50
• Europe — 3 to 5 days, international tracked. From £12.00
• Rest of world — 5 to 10 days, international tracked. From £18.00

All prices in GBP. Shipping cost varies with destination and parcel weight.

Customs. Buyers outside the United Kingdom are the importer of record. Duties, taxes and clearance charges are the buyer's responsibility, as is confirming the materials may lawfully be imported into their country. We do not refund or replace shipments seized or refused by customs.

Lost shipments. If tracking shows no movement for 10 working days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Claims must be raised within 30 days of dispatch.

Returns. Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on unbroken storage and handling conditions, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products. We will replace or refund product damaged in transit (reported within 7 days with photographs), incorrect items, or a batch not meeting its stated specification on presentation of an independent analysis. We do not refund change of mind, customs seizures, products stored or handled outside stated conditions, or any claim arising from use outside the stated research purpose.

What we collect. Name, organisation, professional email, delivery and billing address, phone number, country, research field, intended research application, VAT number where given, your research use declaration, and order and payment records. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Why. To assess research eligibility, review and fulfil orders, ship products, issue invoices, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in verifying that products are supplied for research use only.

Processors. Stripe (payment processing), Netlify (website hosting), Royal Mail and its international partners (delivery), and our email provider. Each acts under a data processing agreement. Some of these providers process data outside the EU and UK under appropriate safeguards.

Retention. Order, invoice and declaration records are retained for the period required by Czech accounting and tax law, currently ten years from the end of the tax year in which the order was placed. Enquiry correspondence is retained for two years.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability, subject to our legal retention obligations. Email contact@orbexlabs.one. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority.

Cookies. This site sets no tracking cookies. Session storage is used only to remember your access confirmation and catalogue view during your visit.

Orbex Labs supplies pre-mixed, pre-filled peptide research compounds to laboratories, research organisations and qualified scientific professionals, in a sealed, batch-identified research format.

Every production batch is identified and recorded, and analytical documentation is maintained for each batch. We supply materials for research. We do not provide human or veterinary dosing, treatment or administration advice, and we do not sell to anyone intending to use these materials outside a laboratory setting.
